News: Shutdown for Upgrade

****BAYMOO SHUTDOWN: BayMOO will shut down today around 12:30 PST time, and
will be restarted around 10 PM PST time. The reason for this shutdown is to
upgrade Solaris on the BayMOO machine to increase network performance.
