Second floor
The second floor of Vesuvio overlooks the bar down on the ground floor. Tables line the windows, which open to the noisy night with wooden rails to lean on as you contemplate the scene. It's not so wild as downstairs, but the talk is intense; revolutions brew under every furrowed brow.
