Green River Valley
The lush valley is surrounded on all sides by the mighty evergreen trees that help give the area its name. If you look closely you can see nests of the bald eagles high in the trees.
The valley has a certain mystical quality to it, as if you can see and hear its ancient past. You feel almost as you have wandered in the past, there is a feeling of serenity that engulfs you. You feel like you can actually feel the presence of the
Native Americans who fished and hunted here in this area.
There is a big rock by the river and a fallen tree to sit on.
The darkness of night surrounds you. You can hear the crickets chirping and see fireflies in the air.
