A simple silver circle lies at the center, marked with a curving triskella and the pad to enter the Beam by. On many nights, you can sit on a bench and stare at the sky, where so many stars sparkle, they produce enough light to equal the half-full planet Rakkia. It is said that if you listen hard enough, you can actually hear them chime like crystals.
Many trillions of stars twinkle and sing like windchimes in the dark night sky. The heat makes it seem that the sun is out, not the moon.
