Gigantic Color Pool

You are suddenly enveloped by a pyrotechnic display on a cosmological scale as you pass into the color pool. Behind you, the strange luminescence of astral space disappears into an intense red glow fading to a black void. Before you, every color in the visible spectrum converges onto a point of deep violet, a point toward which you are rushing at a speed that is impossibly fast. But you also seem to be completely still. You feel no motion, no acceleration. You hear nothing, not even the sound of your own breathing. Everything is silent. All is light.
