Windy Cliffs

You are in the middle of a large meadow, a pond lies in the middle, it's surface a shimmering field of diamonds. To the North and East, is a forest. Towering old growth redwoods predominate interspiced with pine and oak. To the West is the Ocean. It's blue so deep and pure that it almost hurts your eyes to look upon it. Sea foam, like white stallions ride on the breaking crests and hurl themselves on the rocks below. A shimmery spray of salt laden air creates mulit hued rain bows, and at the North edge of the meadow, an explosion of white water erupts, evidence of a tunnel leading to a cave below. On the South side of the meadow, are pine, sparce enough that you can see evidence of a bay and large sand dunes covered with thick grasses. A path of sand and pebbles, covered with forest debri, winds through the pines to the beach below. The meadow is covered with a thick carpet of verdant green grass, thick and with a manicured look. Wild flowers are strewn through the meadow with brilliant reds, yellows, orange and purples. The darkness of night surrounds you. Rain falls, heavy at times. The skies are lit up by passing lightning.
