Hallucigenia
You find yourself in a structure which resembles a large stone lean-to. One side is open to the southwest, revealing stretches of silent pine forest over steep, jagged mountains. Far in the distance, down a winding river, you see the twinkle of the sea.
From the ceiling, 20 feet above your head, hang swathes of patterned silk. There are plants in every corner. Tucked in an alcove almost out of sight is Pounce's bed. There are beanbags and soft tasseled cushions all over the floor, which is carpeted in deep blue pile. Father towards the open side, the floor changes to stone-tiled flooring. A stone bench is just inside the opening.
There is a trap door beside the bench. It seems to be unlocked.
There is a heavy steel door in the far north corner which seems to be muffling heavy, rhythmic beats.

The darkness of night surrounds you. You can hear the crickets chirping and see fireflies in the air.
