You are in a quiet hallway balcony far above the Aquatic Dome. Sitting on the ledge are large numbers of green, exotic plants, reaching towards the watery light from above. Across the vast expanse you can see the northern balcony.
Down below, BayMOO citizens hustle and bustle among the gardens and their voices and the sound of rushing water reverberate around the large room. There is a round white table here, with two wireframe chairs to seat curious visitors as they peer over the edge.
