San Francisco Shipyards

This is the terrestrial construction yard for all varieties of new interstellar craft. After their hulls are built and main fittings installed here on Earth, new ships are transferred to the orbital drydocks for initialization and commissioning. If you have a ship here awaiting initialization, type 'build <ship name>' to complete construction and transfer it to the orbiting drydock.
