Franklins Tower

You are atop of Franklinss Tower. Looking out, you can see the Shakedown Street area, and BayMoo beyond that. Beside you is a large bell with a sign to 'read'. On the floor, you can see some cig-butts, telling you that people have been here before you. This is a nice place to survey the land. When you 'ring' the bell, it is heard throughout the Shakedown Street area.
