Maybe it's a small breeze-filled cottage overlooking the bay side of Door County, maybe it's the bridge over the creek in the neighborhood park near where Gilly grew up, maybe it's the Roman amphitheatre she saw out her hotel window the morning after she arrived in Paris for the first time, maybe it's the incredible luxurious carpet of grass on Main Hall Green at her alma mater, maybe it's the little State Street apartment with the view of the Capitol building in Madison, maybe it's the Flunch in Tours where she learned about French food, maybe it's the abandoned campfire ring with the throne made of slabs of stone at the camp she went to, or maybe it's all of these places at once--and everywhere else Gillyflower has ever felt comfortable and happy.
